RENOVATIONS
Panache Interiors works with office managers and homeowners across the United States on residential and commercial projects that range from business offices to reception areas, from kitchens and bathrooms to unfinished basements. We start with a site visit to establish the size and scope of your project and our involvement.
Once we review your architectural drawings, we create a customized contract based on your project specifications. We present finishing materials for your approval and coordinate our deliverable based on your construction timeline. This can include appliances, counter tops, sinks, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, hardware, carpet and other floor coverings, lighting fixtures, interior doors, mill-work, wall treatment, furniture and more.
OUT OF STATE CLIENTS AND RELOCATION
Purchasing a home out of state, downsizing, it does not matter. Panache Interiors is committed to assisting you with recommendations on what furniture will work best in your new home. We will decorate your space by optimizing your budget to achieve the maximum value for your investment. We collaborate with the homeowners, establish a timeline and manage the project. If you are relocating we can have a designer onsite to meet the movers and oversee the project to fruition.
Our process for clients outside of the Washington DC area was created by combining our belief in strong organizational, coordinating and communication skills. Through phone conferences, emails, document sharing, and site visits, we are able to provide our out-of-state clients with the same level of service that a local homeowner receives.
