KITCHEN NOTES, SOLUTIONS AND HIGHLIGHTS

1. Replace the current odd shape island with a custom rectangle shape to gain space and additional storage

8. Customized banquette provides seating up to 6

2. Pushed refrigerator flush to the pantry wall to create a straight run of counter top.

3. Relocated double oven & microwave to the short wall in the kitchen, gained an additional 33" of counter space.

4. Installed a new dishwasher, deep sink and a commercial grade high neck faucet

5. Created a focal point for the great room by installing a unique carrara marble backsplash, tiled to the ceiling.

6. Extra storage available in the banquette seat and in the cabinets on the backside of the island
