This single lady was not feeling the vibe of her condo located in Washington DC on Pennsylvania Ave. Considering the square footage, it took a lot to convince her that a black accent wall would bring drama into her home. Fortunately, she decided to put her trust in my design ideas, gave me her keys and the rest is history.
